( Aug 00 ~ April 01) Title: IPQC Eng. (In Process Quality Engineer : QC Division)
- Plan the production process in order to produce the products and deliver to the customers on time according to their needs, reduce the delay of the product deliveries.
- Oversee the production lines.
- Take responsibilities for the quality control (QC) of the products before they can be delivered to the customers, which can reduce the wastefulness from 5% to be 2%
- Solve the problems of the arguments between the workers of the production lines.
( April 01 ~ June 03) Title : Quality Assurance Test - Eng. (QAD Division)
- Reliability Testing: To verify the product that produced in the company. All of testing will be confirm to IEC 68 , CTIA standard and Customer Specifications. - Test and find the causes of the products that have problems, then summarize and propose the problems solving in order to be the beneficial information for the following production.
- Train, translate, and communicate the beneficial knowledge to the technicians and Operator.
